“My mental health diagnosis is not my identiy. There is a silver lining, and with meditation and community I am now living a wonderful and fulfilling life. This experience has brought me closer to my family, and we are all stronger for it. I now have a plan for when I am experiencing a crisis, thanks to WRAP and FERC. I want to share that people do get better. Do not give up.”
