The Family Member Support Groups provide those who attend with the opportunity to ask questions, share their experiences, and support each other as they strive to help and support their Loved One(s) living with mental health conditions. The Support Groups are designed for Family Members/Caregivers of children, youth, or adults living with
mental health challenges. There is no charge to attend, and the information shared at meetings is kept confidential by all participants.
